What do I not have to do without?
Since summer 2021 we have had a new multi-purpose building in Königsleiten, the so-called infrastructure building.

Your car safe in the garage:
The underground car park (maximum height of 2.40 m) is open for you daily from midnight to midnight.
You can park your car here for a daily charge of €15 or more.
Here are the prices:
– summer (Mon-Wed): € 15,- per day
– Summer (Thu-Sun): € 20,- per day
– Winter (Mon-Wed): € 20,- per day
– Winter (Thu-Sun): € 30,- per day

The e-charging station for your car:
There are also 5 e-charging stations available.
Costs: Billing is based on kWh (payment by credit card, NFC or cash (coins) possible).
During the charging process, the parking fee is free. After that, normal parking fees apply.

Washing, cleaning and cleaning on holiday:
4 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers (€ 4 per wash/dry cycle) are available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Billing is done via the WeWash app.

In the 1st basement of the KIG there is a fitness studio with the latest Techno-Gym equipment for your endurance and strength training. It is open for you daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is equipped with the following:
Treadmill, ergometer, cross trainer, mirror wall, training mat, barbells and dumbbells.
Cost: €40 per week
What can you expect?
This is how the holiday apartments in Appartements Hofmann are equipped: Bed linen and towels: Each person receives a towel set (1 large & 1 small towel) and bed linen free of charge per week.
